Guest guest
When I was 21,, I was told I had to have my Gallbladder removed. So I had it done after being in the hospital for five days. Every since I have had no energy at all, store fat in my body, and I can't remember my own age half the time....I am now (i think) 25. Why are these things happening to me and oh yes the next year I was diagnosed with vulva cancer, a rare cancer for anyone but really rare for someone my age! Now I am fighting this disease along with many other health problems! can anyone tell me why and also tell me how to be healthy without my Gallbladder? Thank you very much. ; Most all disease is related to the body's having become acidic in one way or another, and it can happen from various causes. A body or body part that has become acidic is the same as having set out a signal that it is dead or dieing and this is where other organizims thrive. The body should always be more alkaline as this is considered the live state. http://www.healthfree.com/nutrition/robbins/acidalk.htm Some causes of body acidity can be because of the foods being eaten but a lot of this also occurs because of the body's lack of oxygen absorption. So, getting the blood so it is more oxygenated will go a long way toward getting rid of various cancers or other diseases. http://www.healthfree.com/bookpages/reversage/reversage3.htm http://www.thewolfeclinic.com/alkalinewater.html Eating the right food types is certainly valuable in getting the body to this state. But what foods to avoid is perhaps even more important in the equation. Foods that are loaded with hydrogenated oils, such as all deep fried foods, should be looked at as poison to the person who's general health is already compromised. Foods that have been overly processed as in the case of white enriched wheat or sugar are also to be avoided. Avoid anything containing the sugar substitute aspartame. http://www.holisticmed.com/aspartame/ Welcome to the group and best wishes in your start to education and good health. Guest guest
>>can anyone tell me why and also tell me how to be healthy without my Gallbladder?<< Sorry for your health problems. I had my gallbladder removed 16 months ago, after putting it off for three years, but my experience was just the opposite of yours. I almost immediately lost the fatigue that I dealt with in the late afternoons, had a lot of energy, and felt great. I continue to feel great, although I do need to watch my weight, because of the freedom I have to eat any food without problems. What is your diet like? Poor nutrition can certainly lead to fatigue, brain fog, as well as the initial gallbladder problems. Do you take any vitamin supplements? I am sure that many folks here will be able to give you ideas which may help. Guest guest
Kim, Welcome to the cleanse group. Sorry to hear about your health. You may be one of the 5% of people who have problems after gallbladder removal. You are either in the minority or else other factors are coming into play in your life now. Dale had a great reply for you. Dieting seems to be the key to healthy living with or without your gallbladder. Oxygen in the blood is another factor. Excersize, sleeping right, stress, hereditary factors and mostly the way to eat and diet is the way to live the healthiest and happiest that you can. What you are describing could very well be because of the loss of your gallbladder but it sounds like maybe other factors should be looked at in your life as well. Besides excersize and balancing your diet, liver cleanses could really help you as well. Have you tried it yet? http:www.curezone.com is a great site to read about many methods of cleanses. Dr. Hulga s liver cleanse on the site is one of the most popular liver cleanses used and is very 'mild' or easy to do. Cleaning the liver of lifelong toxins being dropped there through the blood is a good way to help your body function better. The liver is the largest organ in your body (next to the skin) and your entire blood supply will pass through the liver every 7 minutes. The liver cleans your blood of it's waste and toxins. Flushing those toxins out of your liver can cure a lot of different ailments. Read about it and decide if it could help you to live healthier and happier. Good luck with your health.
