I hope it does clear up for you. :) The pain I had in my foot was right

where (I learned later) the reflexology pressure point for the gallbladder

is. I'd been dealing with that in other ways (typical stuff - inserts for

the shoes, etc...). Those things helped, but it didn't completely go away.

Then one time when I did a flush - maybe about my third one, I think, I woke

up about 3:00 in the morning with a pulsing pain right in that area. It

didn't last very long - just a couple of minutes and it was gone. The next

morning I was amazed to realize that the discomfort I'd had in that area for

at least six months, probably longer, was completely gone. Since that time

I've noticed it come back just a little bit, but then when I do the flush

it's gone again. So I use that as sort of an indicator for the need for a

flush. :)

It sounds crazy, but if anyone has done any study about reflexology, you'll

know what I mean about this.

I do know what you mean :-) Reflexology is

interesting, I've done a little reading on it,

but often ask my chiropractor if something I

am feeling is related to.....and it is always

my gallbladder. claudia :-)

I think it's really interesting that we can sense something in one part of

the body that might be indicating a problem elsewhere. It's such a tool that

the average person can utilize, to an extent, without any massive training.

There's just SO much that we can do on our own and I feel like I'm just at

the tip of the iceberg with what I've learned in the past few months. I just

can't get in enough reading! :)
