Some sources (i can't give you a location because I only recall reading it, but don't know exactly where, unfortunately) actually suggest doing a variation of the cleanse on a more frequent basis in some particular situations. Wow, I guess that couldn't possibly have been more vague, could it! I'm at work right now, but when I get home I'll do some searching and see if I can find the particulars on that one. I'll also let you know my own experience with more frequent flushing. But the general answer to your question is " recovery time " . I think that's mostly in reference to the Epsom Salts, but I could be wrong.
