My understanding is that this is partly to let the body recover from the

Epsom Salts, which are an irritant (which is what creates the increased bowel

movement so that the body can get rid of what's irritating it.).

Some sources (i can't give you a location because I only recall reading it,

but don't know exactly where, unfortunately) actually suggest doing a

variation of the cleanse on a more frequent basis in some particular

situations. Wow, I guess that couldn't possibly have been more vague, could

it! :) I'm at work right now, but when I get home I'll do some searching

and see if I can find the particulars on that one. I'll also let you know

my own experience with more frequent flushing.

But the general answer to your question is " recovery time " . I think that's

mostly in reference to the Epsom Salts, but I could be wrong.

In fact - I could be wrong about all of the above. :):):)
