Subject: Very big and hard gallstones?

Bear with me on this one. It gets kind of graphic! But I need advice.

I did my 3rd liver cleanse this weekend. The last one I did was one year and 15

lbs. ago. I knew I needed to do this because my gallbladder just " felt " full.

I was surprised at how much bigger these gallstones were than ever before.

Anyway, I developed a problem later Saturday evening and Sunday morning. I did

the flush on Friday night with great success but started developing

constipation by Saturday night. I felt that there was just something blocking

my bowel opening. After some major pushing and hurting a cluster of a number of

gallstones came out and I thought, " Great! That was it! " Sunday morning I woke

up and felt the urge to defecate again. I thought I was going to develop

hemorrhoids after this one. This one was worse. Never before have I even had

anything show up as late as Saturday night, let alone Sunday morning.

I finally got it out and the hard " clump " was about 2 1/2 " in diameter. I

thought, " There is no way that is one big gallstone " , so I got a straw and

started poking at it. The whole clump broke apart into smaller gallstones.

My question is twofold. How did they get all clumped together and when? What

can I do to prevent this from happening again? It was VERY painful.
