Guest guest
Does anyone know if there is such a thing as excess garlic? I mean, other than the obvious (garlic odor) and possible nausea from a lot of raw garlic, is there any actual risk involved in consuming a lot of raw garlic? I know that the allicin actually burns, which is in some ways a great attribute, but could it do any damage if there was a lot of it? I know there are others on the list who eat raw garlic on a regular basis. Would anyone be willing to share what is the most you've consumed in one day and what effects, if any, you've experienced from eating raw garlic? Conducting somewhat of an experiment over here and would be interested in any responses to any of the above questions. thanks in advance. rachel~ " The greatest risk is not taking any.
