Hi,

I'm thinking of doing a flush but am very worried

about the whole procedure. For one, I have a sulfa

allergy, can I drink epsom salts?

For two, it seems my stomach hurts whenever I have

olive oil, I can't imagine taking a lot of it (let

alone the weight I think I would gain). Is it the only

oil that can be used, for instance what about flax

oil?

I don't know enough about the flush even though I've

read about a few of them. I want to do the most mild

one, can someone help me?

Thanks,

Ann
