Guest guest
Hi, I'm thinking of doing a flush but am very worried about the whole procedure. For one, I have a sulfa allergy, can I drink epsom salts? For two, it seems my stomach hurts whenever I have olive oil, I can't imagine taking a lot of it (let alone the weight I think I would gain). Is it the only oil that can be used, for instance what about flax oil? I don't know enough about the flush even though I've read about a few of them. I want to do the most mild one, can someone help me? Thanks, Ann --- suzanne_on_ca <suzanne_on_ca@...> wrote: > Dear Dawn, > > I'm not sure if you will not have the urgency even > if you refrain > from doing the epsom salts until you return home. > > My best experience was when I had the epsom salts > first thing when I > woke up and then lay down again for 2 hours. > > On the other hand, the times that I reduce the > amount of ES in water > by 1/2 and do not have the same overall urgency as > with the normal > amount of ES.
