Guest guest
Dear Dawn, I'm not sure if you will not have the urgency even if you refrain from doing the epsom salts until you return home. My best experience was when I had the epsom salts first thing when I woke up and then lay down again for 2 hours. On the other hand, the times that I reduce the amount of ES in water by 1/2 and do not have the same overall urgency as with the normal amount of ES. The amount of ES that you drink in your last drink tonight and your first drink tomorrow will have an effect on your urgency - not just the AM drink. - so adjust accordingly! Reducing the amount of ES in your drink may not give you as much urgency and yet may still give you some of the benefits of the flush. This option may or may not be more useful for you than waiting until next week. ~Suzanne > I was planning on doing a cleanse tonight, but have to go somewhere > for two hours early in the morning. Guest guest
Ann, I do not know about question #1, but I have lost weight every time I have done a flush I also don't know if you can substitute, but there are other flushes out there that do not use ES or olive oil. Guest guest
The last time I did the flush a few weeks back I used flax seed oil, mixed about 1/2 flax with 1/2 olive oil, and it worked fine...I have been in discussions with those who only use flax seed oil. It has anti-inflammatory properties that help with the discomforts that can come during and after the flush. L. Guest guest
Dawn, Sorry this is a bit after the event. that was me at the soccer game. My first cleanse was a bit urgent - having to camp on the loo since 2am, however, that second cleanse I had less of the epsom salts and didn't actually start moving anything until later in the morning - around 11am. I hope you worked it out... I haven't time to read through all my mails now, time for work. cheers -----Original Message----- From: azdmarie [mailto:nortons@...] Sent: Monday, 22 April 2002 01:55 gallstones Subject: 5th flush urgent question I was planning on doing a cleanse tonight, but have to go somewhere for two hours early in the morning. If I don't drink the Epsom in the morn until I get home, will I be all right? Or will there be urgency any many visits to the toilet anyway? I don't really want to wait until this weekend, but I don't want to be stuck in a car for two hours (paper route) and not be able to do anything about it. Please let me know if you have an answer for this. I remember a couple of months ago someone was going to their child's soccer game while cleansing.
