Flush 2

Greetings to all from the other end of the planet!

I am in the process of my 2nd flush (1 hour after my 2nd dose of epsom

salts), and was wondering a few things...

I get my attacks fairly consistently mid afternoon, or maybe 4pm at the

latest, and the bad ones have me feverish and in lots of pain so the only

thing for it is bed. Or, actually recently I discovered that lying on my

right side gives me some (not total) relief.

I was having an attack roughly every six months, but of late, they were

coming weekly (usually Fridays, go figure) and for a while, daily.

Enough! I said, and toodled off to the naturopath who put me on the cleanse

which I reckon she must have got from curezone.com.

That was two weeks ago, and I followed the plan to the letter, except

instead of drinking the oil at 10pm it was closer to 11 - I read somewhere

that this makes a difference, can anyone tell me why please?

Around 2am things started moving for me (, thank you for your

suggestion, as well as having the epsom salts in apple juice, I reduced them

from 4tbsp to 3tbsp - still disgusting, but a lot more manageable!). A

sleepless night was had by all from then on till about 5am, then the body

settled a little!

Woke up around 8am, took more epsom salts, and then the last dose at 10am.

Throughout the early morning, and through till about 1 or 2pm, I passed

probably around 100 or fewer green things which looked like green sunflower

seeds, and about that size too, and that's it - no yellow stuff at all.

I am wondering what will happen this time? Hopefully I will NOT have to

change the sheets at 4am again - that wasn't funny! I hope also that I will

be able to attend my son's soccer match tomorrow morning at 8am!

I was a bit concerned after reading these emails from the past two weeks

because I hadn't seen any of the yellow stones, perhaps they come this time?

I hope that my 2nd flush will be effective!

After the first flush I felt ok, no euphoria like some have reported, but

alright (apart from the fire down below). I started feeling encouraged that

perhaps I had helped my condition as I didn't have any more attacks.

Sadly, this week I have had three attacks in three days, and today the

threat of an attack, which I am curious (sort of, and frightened...) to see

what happens around that when I take the oil. That is why I have made the

choice to do the 2nd flush 12 days after the first one. These attacks are

not fun, and I don't wish them to continue!

I am wondering if like Barry, I have a " problem stone " which I will never

get out - I hope not! I will see how this flush goes.

Thank you all for being a huge source of encouragement. It had made an

enormous difference to me to read your mails - what was a big and very

frightening mystery to me two weeks ago is now something I feel that with

the knowledge and experiences you have all passed on I am well able to

tackle and get to the bottom of.
