Guest guest
Hi: Like I've mentioned before, I've done a number of gallbladder/liver flushes which extracted many stones, and then they kind of petered out to zilch. At flush #9 I removed 200 or 300 stones of various sizes but more importantly my appetite went to zero. I mean absolute zero! Yet I felt wonderful. But that appetite came back in about a week and eventually resumed its normal patterns. So, I've looked for that same experience again, and haven't hit it - until today. Flush #10 produced little, and #11 through #14 next to nothing and none of those beyond #9 produced that " satisfaction " (nirvana?) that #9 did. Sunday night I ingested some Epsom salts because I wished to do a simple clean out followed by light eating. I must have had too much because I had the trots all Sunday night and Monday morning. Then yesterday morning had just a glass of apple juice/cider, and about 2:00 in the afternoon had a couple of potatoes - no butter, nothing on them. By about 4:00 I realized that I could do a gallstone flush but knew that it had to be different than what had been done in the past to accomplish that " satisfaction " level. I then followed the protocol with no food or liquids beyond 2:00, did the Epsom at 6:00 and 8:00, and then switched to the method. Beginning at 10:00 pm and for 2 hours I drank ¼ cup of olive oil followed by 1 to 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice, every 15 minutes. I didn't know how I would react to that, but in reality it worked fine with little discomfort. I got down my pint of olive oil by midnight and was actually shocked when I woke up at 5:30 without any intervening wake-ups. That's the longest I've slept in many months without waking up several times! I consumed my 6:00 am Epsom, but didn't do the 8:00 am, instead just drinking a glass of apple juice/cider (the label says it's cider, but it's been pasteurized - they can't sell it any other way in this state). Although I had some BM results from the Epsom salts this morning, there were no (maybe 1) stones. Thinking that I had just experienced another failure (in the past, I have seen very few stones beyond 10:00 am), I began focusing on other things around my apartment. Then, about 11:00 I had the sudden urge to void, and much to my surprise passed a very " normal " looking " very solid " stool that floated. It obviously had many green stones imbedded in it, but in probing it with a disposable device it was extremely unusual in the it was " gobby " and " gooey " (with many small - 1/8 " or less - round pieces stuck together) and was more like trying to break up a pile of thick, heavy grease or lard. I have since then excreted many more stones and experiencing my nirvana again. I'm going to try this flush again in a month or so as I feel that I'm finally getting to stuff that has been buried for many years. Has anyone else ever excreted " globs " or " gooey " stuff after a flush? Thanks, Jay
Guest guest
Hi: No one has responded to my post about the " globs " that I passed after my last gallbladder flush, but I've had a few days to watch more results and to " analyze " as best I can as to what has happened. Picture of stuff that looks similar to what I excreted can be found at: http://www.curezone.com/image_gallery/cleanse_flush/several/default.asp After I posted I continued to pass more and more of the lard/suet looking material, much of which contained many stones plus a lot of bright green strands (looked like blades of grass) imbedded in it. The stones that were in the material were unlike those I had passed before in that they were lighter in color, and very round. On the day after the flush I ingested only apple juice because the next day I wanted to begin a colon cleansing routine. Then, all during the day on which I posted I continued to pass large amounts of the lard/suet material (with stones and green threads) which by afternoon had no other fecal material in it. If it even touched the side of the toilet bowl it was so much like glue that it was next to impossible to clean off. I eventually used a commercial grade bowl cleaner, that if you get on your skin will burn and remove your fingerprints! Anyway, that type of material continued to come out even into the 2nd day after the flush. I had weighed myself first thing in the morning of my flush day (Monday), before beginning the flush and was at 219#. I didn't weigh on the morning after the flush day, and because of all the Epsom salts, I drank a lot of water along with apple juice because I did not want to dehydrate. Imagine my surprise (shock) when I weighed on the 2nd morning after the flush and saw 213#! I have a Homedics analog scale, and know that at least it is consistent. Wednesday I also started my colon cleanse which is only ½ cup of apple juice and other small ingrediants, 5 times a day. Besides that I've been drinking loads of water and broth. My weight has continued down to 211# this morning. In my 14 prior flushes using the protocol I never passed the lard/suet type of material, only stones. At first I thought that the material was simply digested olive oil (anyone heard that before) until - I weighed myself. Yes, some of it could be olive oil, but not 6# worth. Yes, some of it could be water, but not 6# worth. I am a member of Bally's and workout there. I always weigh myself naked on their professional style balance scale before my workout, and then after the workout plus 10 to 15 minutes in the steam room or maybe an added 5 to 10 in the sauna. Never have I ever lost more than 2# doing this, and it is generally in the 1 to 1.5# area. Because I hadn't seen any stones in my last 2 flushes using the method (it has been very successful for me in the past and I still think that it's and excellent flush) my main purpose of the flush was to achieve the results of my flush #9. After #9 my appetite totally disappeared for about a week, yet I felt great in every other respect. This flush accomplished that. I'm having no problem with the small amounts of what I'm currently ingesting. In fact I could get by on just 2 or 3 servings of the mix a day, but want to work the colon flush to the prescribed routine that I found. My gallbladder flush routine was a modified version of the routine. I followed the routine up until 10 PM when I then ingested olive oil in ¼ cup increments followed by freshly squeezed lemon juice. I know that many people have difficulty with the olive oil, but I have had it on hand as my only oil/fat for 4 or 5 years and have acquired a taste for it and didn't have any difficulty drinking a pint of it, ¼ cup at a time.
