Guest guest
Dear , I'm glad that you have had good results from your flushing. You may want to try a few more flushes to help to clean out your liver even further before doing the maintenance (maintenance is considered flushing every 6 months). One flush may temporarily relieve pain, but if you have many other stones that have not yet been released in the flush, they will roll down to the gallbladder and may create the same symptoms again. Also, you may wish to check the group's bookmark pages for dietary suggestions to help relieve gallstone symptoms. The Planetary Stone Free is not a product that I am familiar with. What I can say is that it seems to have some useful ingredients. Ex. Dandylion is an excellent liver cleanse and detoxifier. Supplements can be very expensive and you may be able to achieve the same results more economically through better diet and lifestyle management. Wishing you success in you search for health, Suzanne > Does anyone have any thoughts on Planetary Stone Free. Guest guest
After reading on http://www.kitchendoctor.com/healthconditions/gallbladder.html about gallbladder flushes, they recommend Stone Free in addition to a flush for people with chronic gallbladder problems. I included the ingredients below. They are a bit expensive at kitchendoctor.com. I found the stone free at http://www.seacoastvitamins.com/ for $8.00 a bottle. Quite a bargain if they work. The ingredients mention dandelion as you stated. Planetary Formulas Stone Free Contains: Turmeric Root, Gravel Root, Dandelion Root Extract, Ginger Root, Lemon Balm Leaf, Marshmallow Root, Parsley Root, Dandelion Root, Licorice Root (also: sorbitol, stearic acid, colloidal silicon dioxide, modified cellulose gum, and magnesium stearate.) Guest guest
Hi Ms. Ella, Welcome to the group!! It is so great to hear that you have discovered this so early. With diligent repositioning, you can stop and even reverse this. There is a file (under files) for repositioning. Take a look at that for suggestions and I am sure Christie, our repo expert, will chime in with even more suggestions. Congratulations on such early detection. /Makenna/LLUMC helmet grad. --- In Plagiocephaly , " fitzhagg " <kellyhagg@y...> wrote: > So, I am just noticing that my one month hold has a slightly larger > ear on the right side and I can see a slight flattening - she prefers > the right bigtime. > > Is there any preventative measure available as far as head support. > I have seen the boppy and heard of wrapping towel to prop her head > when in the crib but...is there anything available like foam block or > any products out there>? Guest guest
Hi & welcome: Great job being so on top of things and noticing Ella's flattening so young. With repositioning, you could hopefully avoid the need for a helmet or band. I see Christie replied w/some helpful tips. Do check out our repositioning info she provided. Keep us posted.
