Guest guest
I am not the most experienced here, but after 15 flushes, I think I can give a little advice. Here is my opinion, take it for what it is worth. If you have no immediate crisis as many of us have, I would say take it slow and do it right. If I had no health problems (gallbladder attacks with stones) I would start with a colon cleanse. Or the parasite cleanse. Reason being, the liver processes all the toxic waste in the body. If it is dumping a lot of toxins, then where will it go, if your colon is all backed up? It will recirculate. After I did the parasites and colon, then I would focus on what ails me most. Liver/gb or kidney bladder. Then do the other set and end with a blood cleanse. There are multitude ways to do each and that decision has to be made by you, your research and what makes sense for you as we are all different. As far as the liver flush goes, I have mostly done the cleanse because it is cheap and effective. For me, I had to start with the gb cleanses. Actually, I did get about three weeks of a parasite cleanse in before my first cleanse. Since then, I have worked on the other cleanses I mentioned. For the Chang message, I have been taking her GCC the last three weeks. I had to do a crisis cleanse last week because of an attack and found that the stones were greatly reduced in size and appeared fragmented. The Coptis and Curcuma did not help me during an attack but it may help others. I can't remember why I got the Bitters, but I think I start those now that I have finished the GCC. I'll be doing a cleanse this weekend and let everyone know the outcome. Gotta keep smiling.
