Guest guest
Hello, Just wanted to let you know that I completed my first flush Friday night and into Saturday, and thought I'd share with the group. Thanks to Dawn & Dale for responding to my initial inquiry. A recap of sorts,...I'm a 43 y/o male, with no previous health problems that I know of, and am only about 10 or so lbs. overweight, but I look fit & trim. I have never taken a laxative in my life. Several weeks ago, a friend told me about these flushes, and upon consideration, it seems like a pretty good idea. Ironically, about a week or so ago, I noticed a very mild sensation in my lower right abdominal area (about navel level, or slightly lower), that has persisted since then. It's not a real pain, so-to-say, just something I've become aware of, and it kinda just feels like I've got a marble in my gut, is the best description I can give it. After weighing Dawns' & Dales' advice, I decided to go ahead and do the flush this weekend, as this " feeling " was starting to get on my nerves a bit. Another bit of personal information, that Dale mentioned,...I'm not a real drinker of any kind, but I DO like to have 1 beer with dinner, but usually not more than 2-3 beers per week. HOWEVER, I'm kinda lucky in one respect, that I can usually eat most anything I want, anytime I want, and I'm one of those lucky saps that doesn't really gain much excess weight because of it. I eat fairly hardy, am not shy about red meat (but eat more chicken instead), and have a natural craving for sweet stuff. Danish, pastries, candy bars, muffins,...doesn't much matter, I like it all. My point being, if anyone is a candidate for doing one of these flushes, or having a " marble in the gut " sensation due to cholesterol, it's probably me. Ok, as for my protocol of choice, I opted for the Hulda e method, but I did no parasite or bowel cleansing preparations. I had been drinking organic apple juice for a couple days prior, but did no fasting except for Friday, the day of the flush. At 11:30am, I had my last meal (baked catfish, cajun rice, and fresh green beans). I DO know how to eat reasonably well too, but living life as I do, don't always find time. At 6:15pm, I drank my first dose of Epsom salts (Eckerd brand), and at 8:15pm, I had my second dose. At 9:30pm, I decided to take a warm bath, to attempt to relax, and hopefully make me sleep somewhat better. By 10:15pm, I drank about 4 oz. of olive oil, combined with the juice of 1 large fresh grapefruit. I'm guessing I had less than 2 cups of total concoction. By this time, I had already " visited " my commode 2 times, as the epsom salts were already starting to take effect. Upon consumption of the olive oil mixture, I immediately went to bed & laid on my right side. During the course of the evening, I had a slight woozy feeling, I'm guessing from the epsom salts, as that stuff was probably the harshest part of the entire regimen. An alternative to THAT stuff MUST be found!! I suppose the anticipation of the unknown made my heart flutter a little more than usual, and within a few minutes, I felt a very slight twinge of pain in what I would guess to be my liver or gall bladder area. I was then wondering if this was actually a good idea, or not. It lasted less than a minute, and I fell asleep shortly thereafter. At about 2:30am, I heard the toilet calling me, and upon finishing my business noticed that there was nothing yet to write home about. At 6:15am, I faithfully took my third dose of epsom salts and returned to bed. At about 8:30am, I had my fourth and final drink of the epsom salt mixture. Again, that stuff is just plain awful! Another trip to the bathroom was only yielding chafe-looking stuff, and nothing substantial was floating in the water. I wasn't exactly tempted to go prospecting for nuggets either. If it wasn't floating on top, I didn't care to find it. Hope I didn't miss anything. By 9:30am, things were still going " smoothly " (pardon the pun), and I was starting to notice little green thingies floating on the surface. During the course of the rest of the day, I passed maybe several dozen, and none were larger than a pea. I managed to fish one out, and it was the consistency of clay, or as someone here once wrote, " crumbled cheese " . I wouldn't say that I feel revitalized & full of energy, but I did sleep more this weekend than I usually do. I suppose that what I passed yesterday is what most everyone is referring to as gall stones. I hope you're correct, as I'd like to believe that what I did over the weekend was of some benefit. I will state that the " sensation " in my lower right abdominal area appears to have diminished somewhat. However, on Friday, I had been wondering if it had started to subside anyway. Even tonight as I write this, I feel this " feeling " much less than a few days ago. Maybe the flush helped, maybe it didn't. As for me, I really felt no pain, except that slight " twinge " that lasted less than a minute. I never felt sick or nauseous, except that slight light-headed feeling after 2 doses of epsom salts. Sorry for the way overly-detailed, much more than anyone really needs to know account. Since this was my first flush, I didn't mind being a bit more descriptive. This may be of some benefit to those still contemplating such. I realize that it probably will take more flushes to see any real results. At least that's the impression I get from reading here. I suppose that just taking a laxative every once in a while is probably good for the old plumbing system. I'll probably go at it again in a couple/few weeks. Maybe we can have a " flush party " sometime!? Your place or mine? Just bring your own olive oil! LOL! ~Chris
Guest guest
congrats on a successful " flush " ! LOL! I felt the same way initially with the Epsom salts. Here is what I now do. I substitute apple juice for the water. I used to do it cold too, but discovered quite by accident that room temp is even easier. It depends on a persons preferences. Some like it cold, but I have found room temp works best for me. It iwll never be more than tolerable and that is being positive. :)How much fat is in catfish? No fat the day of the cleanse works best, they say. Guest guest
>>>Congratulations, Chris!! Did you know 90% of the humam population carries these stones around? I have completed 8 successful flushes and each one was different. I followed Dr. 's method and removed around 2,000 stones. I have never felt better! With your permission, I would like to post your e-mail on our website--www.curezone.com!<<< ette, Actually, through reading various websites, I was aware that " 90% of the human population carries these stones " . Considering my diet, I just KNEW that I wouldn't fall into the lucky 10%, so I did the flush. If anyone can receive any benefit from reading my detailed account, you have my permission to use my post. I read a lot at curezone.com as well, so that would be fine. Thanks for asking. Dawn, I DID use organic apple juice mixed with the epsom salts. I drank it cold as suggested. I didn't have a whole lot of juice to dilute it though. Only about 3/4 of a cup (per dose) for every Tablespoon. That's fairly concentrated. I'll try it at room temperature next time. Thanks for your response. ~Chris
Guest guest
IF you will put the juice of half a lemon in the epsom salt drink, It will be alot easier to get down. It is smoother tasting. It is the only way I can drink it. > > Hello, > > > > Just wanted to let you know that I completed my first flush > Friday > > night and into Saturday, and thought I'd share with the group. > Thanks > > to Dawn & Dale for responding to my initial inquiry. > >
