Get your nes=ry fat from nuts (but be careful! to some people they can also create a problem) and avocado. Hello, It's different for everyone. Mine was eggs and chocolate also, but tomato I eat like crazy. I can eat oranges and have fresh orange juice, but the store-bought stuff, no way. It brings on an attack. Dale is one who couldn't eat cabbage until now. So while there are certain foods for certain people that bring on attacks, it's not the same for everyone. It also doesn't mean that the foods are unhealthy. Healthy foods can stimulate the GB. I guess one has to test it and use common sense. Never have fried foods.
