Guest guest
I suffered from pain for a period of 9 month lasting for 1,5 hours - 4 days. I did not find a remedy. I read a lot and applied a lot of methods. But - despite using all those various methods (breath-taking methods, massage, food, juices, drinks, medicine, etc) i was able to calm it down by few ways: 1) Prevent it by eating the right food. Overeating a bit would attack. If i start having a cold/hot flashes - it's my indication that attack is coming. I will need to go immideately to the restroom and remove the food from any possible part of my body. It will make my attacks weaker and less painful. Temperature is extremely important: liver likes it warm. Don't get cold and take warm bath often. It helps. Do you know what you can and can not eat? Lemme know if you need a list. I will make one for you. 2) Massaging my back by someone on the area of liver. 3) Sitting in one frozen position (Lotus). First i would breath often, and then i calm down. I could sit like this for hours or for days, and it helped. It was before my 4th flash when i last felt the attack. I knew it should not be less then 3 flashes - so it was four. I AM FREE OF PAIN NOW and i live a normal life. I don't even remember anymore where my pain was! I hope you will forget that too > Some more suggestions on dealing w/ pain but this was written specifically for pregnant women: > > http://www.curezone.com/forums/message.asp?f=60 & i=109 > > Has anyone taken 1 tbsp of epsom salt as described below? Continue with daily program: > 1. Water Cure, daily > 2. 1 tea-spoon epsom salt with water, daily until birth > 3. Olive oil, 1 -3 tbsp with lemon juice, daily > 4. flaxseed oil + cottage cheese blend daily > 5. walking barefoot on marbles (or stone beach), daily reflexotherpy > 6. Take " lecithin " , around 2400 to 4800 mg of lecithin a day. Take two in the morning and two in the evening with one or more 500 mg of " taurine " taken anytime. These help to keep the cholesterol suspended, or emulsified. > 7. castor oil packs > > Quote: " This program is usually enough to prevent pain.
