I have done many cleanses with the epsoms salts,(Hulda es method) and I am

planning on doing a cleanse this weekend,(the last one was 6 months ago, and my

GB is acting up again), but I would like to do the cleanse with the magnesium

citrate liquid, as whenever I use epsoms salts I get terrible cramping and

rumbling sounds in my lower abdomen the next day Does anyone on this list know

how to do this cleanse without the epsoms salts. I heard that you use the

Epsoms on the first evening at 6 & 8pm and then use the magnesium citrate liquid

for the next 2 doses on the next day in the morning, can someone verify that

this is the right way to do this? I searched the archives but could not find

this, any info on where to look would be appreciated.

Also I am having a lot of stomach pain lately, like stomach acidity and had

to use an acid reducer to relieve it,(I was told that gallstones causes this)

and was wondering if it is safe to do the cleanse while having stomach pain and

acidity. I am having both stomach acidity pain and gallstones pain at the same

time.

Will doing the cleanse make this the acid stomach pain worse? What is good

to eat the day of the cleanse and the day after for the first dinner meal in the

evening? Would organic apple juice make stomach acidity worse?

..
