If so, do the capsules or powder form work best? The site where I can find them cheapest sells only the capsules, but I'm thinking the powder form would absorb better. It has been a while since I compared, but I still take the Livatone daily. I might try the powder this next order. I had only tried the capsules before ______________________ Karma, I'm like you. I didn't notice anything with the Livatone Plus. The Livatone, however, I definitely did notice. For one thing, my stomach was very sensitive when I first started taking the Livatone. I had been having refluxes with my GB trouble. When I started the Livatone, I noticed immediate relief, kind of a calming affect. It's been some time now since I've taken the Livatone. I've been thinking about starting back on it. I tried the caps, too, but I preferred the powder because, in my opinion, it works much faster. At the time when I first started Livatone, I also had constipation problems, and it helped resolve that. It's very good stuff!!!
