In the book , " Is This Your Child " by Dr. Doris Rapp, MD she says

that dark rings around your eyes is a

classic overlooked symptom of food allergies.

My friend has this problem with herself and her 2 oldest children,

out of 5.

The first thing I thought of was Chlorophyll. It is a blood builder

and good

source of iron.

My friend has had this since I met her 5 years ago. She just went

vegan in

the past few months. Her oldest 2 got shots and nursed less than the

rest.

They have always had the circles.

She told me that if she is really consistant with the Chlorophyll the

circles

go away and they have more energy. Chlorophyll is really plant

blood, so I

figure maybe we could just eat more greens, but that costs more than

the

chlorophyll,

Anyway, I don't have a clue as to what really causes it, but she says

the

Chlorophyll is working for them. My children really like the stuff!

A naturopath told us dark circles around the eyes often meant

environmental allergies and candida albicans (yeast) overgrowth, if I

recall correctly. I know there is a book on it as well (and I am not

talking about the yeast handbook,) but rather a book called something

like " Is This Your Child. " ...

This is also a very common sign of allergies, especially food

allergies. It

is called " allergic shiner " .

I am not sure how to spell this...but...many people in my family have

Thallisimia. Which is something to do with the lack of iron in their

blood.

In my family it has caused all of them to have the dark circles.

improved my diet. No Meat, sugar, etc. also my energy went up. do

they have

low energy? I was told liver and allergies also. I find it seems to

be true.
