Hi:

I just completed flush #18 - Sunday/Monday. I followed the guidelines

and routine, except for the ingestion of oil and grapefruit. For that, I

followed the routine of ½ cup of oil followed by 1 tablespoon of fresh

squeezed lemon juice every 15 minutes until one pint of oil was consumed.

I had done #17 (same way as #18) 10 or 12 days previously with rather good

results, which included some release of poisons through skin rashes on the

nose and lip. My poison releases most always seem to be through the skin

both from detox cleansing, and from too much eating of foods that are toxic

for me which includes manufactured sweets and ice cream. (Flush #16 with

this same method produced a violent healing event in the way of intense

chills and fever, followed by several days of rashes.) Because I felt that I

hadn't prepped properly for #17 I wanted to follow it with #18, which is why

I did it so soon.

With #18 I juiced extensively for the week prior to the flush with fresh

squeezed carrot/garlic juice and apple/orange juices and limited my solid

food intake. The results of #18 were not nearly as voluminous as prior

style flushes, yet it did produce about 200 pea size stones and one giant

almost black stone that had a little blood along with it. I didn't feel any

pain during the flush (never have) so don't know what the blood is associated

with. Also, as with #17, passed a large amount of waxy material that wasn't

nearly as pale in color as I earlier reported with #15, but was significant

in volume.

During this last flush I have been very aware of also keeping well hydrated

with juice and water as well as ingesting large amounts of psyllium, bran,

and ground flax, after the flush. I am convinced that the flush releases

large amounts of toxins, some of which will be reabsorbed into the body, but

by hydrating and using high fiber material for clearing the digestive system,

that this will be minimized. Also, any toxins that are reabsorbed are run

through the liver, which after the flush, is clearer and more able to send

them on through the digestive process instead of storing them in ducts and

stones. I have not had any rashes from this flush. Several juicing and

detox books that I have read indicate that toxins will adversely affect the

body twice: going in; and going out.

By the way, if that muscle testing bit that I posted sounds strange or weird

to you, I learned it from a chiropractor more than 20 years ago. I have been

to 3 chiropractors over the years who have used it in exactly the same way

that I reported it. In fact, muscle testing (also known as Applied

Kinesiology) is part of their training and they use it extensively without

their patient's knowledge. It can be used telepathically as well as

verbally.

From: http://www.worldtrans.org/TP/TP2/TP2A-67.HTML

<<<Muscle testing is also referred to as Applied Kinesiology. Chiropractors

use it to find which parts of the body need adjustment, and to check if an

adjustment has been successfully made. They use it combined with elaborate

knowledge of the skeletal and musculatory system. If one touches certain key

points of the body and at the same time tests if a certain muscle is weak or

strong, that can indicate if that key point needs correction or not.

The interesting thing is that muscle testing works just as well on mental or

emotional issues as on physical body parts. Basically one can put one's

attention on something and then test for a weak or strong response. That is

something we can use.

See, the body is not as much of a liar as the conscious mind is. It is much

more likely to give an honest assessment of what is going on than the

person's analytical thinking is. The body will give answers to things that

are submerged and unknown to the conscious processes, and it will give

answers without being biased by wishful thinking or social maneuvering.>>>

In fact, in the office of one chiropractor I visited there was a counselor

who used muscle testing exclusively in her practice in dealing with

emotional/mental issues.
