Guest guest
OK I have taken oil during an attack and it has helped some times and not others. I tried ES during an attack and it did not work. Has anyone noticed if they eat sugar, they have an attack? And now, a non-scientific survey. I am interested in knowing what supplements any of you are taking that you feel have strongly improved your condition. I am thinking of going back to peppermint, milk thistle, and add lecithin, and magnesium. Let me know also what your physical factors. For example, I am tall, thin, fairly good diet, 35, have 6 children (I am thinking all those pregnancies have contributed) I am addressing possible emotional upsets that may have contributed as well. And now am really changing my diet. Thanks. Dawn > What does the magnesium do? Or what has it > done for you when you had pain? > > Hello, I can only tell you what it's done for me, okay?
