Hi,

Thanks for your post. I just have a couple thoughts. I'd be afraid, that

without proper preparation, some people, using your method, might experience a

gallbladder attack instead of just passing the stones painlessly like you seem

to have. Maybe someone else can shed more insight.

I've done at least three liver flushes using Hulda 's protocol,

and I know what the products of a liver flush look like.

My last liver flush was accidental. I basically fasted for

about 12 hours, drinking just water and the occassional pop.

Then I ate some really greasy meat and some cheese.

Then right after eating I went to bed (around midnight).

I woke up around 5:30am and had to take a poop.

When I went to flush the toilet I noticed that my movement

consisted of lots of green roughly peasized (or smaller) balls.

The same stuff that comes out of me when I do a liver flush...

In the past I've gotten 'green balls' from taking 3 tablespoons

of Udo's oil (or flaxseed oil) upon waking up in the morning,

and then going to work and not eating anything until lunch time.

For me, all it seems to take to get a liver flush started is:

1) don't eat anything for 10-12 hours

2) then eat something really greasy/oily

3) then don't move around much (going to sleep is best,

but sitting in front of a computer seems to work too)

Yes, I know, my eating habits are atrocious.

Those of you who are squeamish about drinking epsom salts

and/or olive oil, might try the above (fasting for a day,

then eating something really greasy on an empty stomach,

then going to sleep).

If anyone else does try the above, please report your results.

I wasn't aware of that risk. I didn't get a gallblader attack

(what exactly is that?) but then again, I've already done

three 'real' flushes, and a few accidental 'mini' flushes.

I'll delete that message from the archives, to make sure

that someone who hasn't done any real flushes doesn't try it.

Hi again,

A gallbladder attack is the result of a gallstone trying to pass from the

gallbladder through the cystic or common bile duct to the small intestines. The

ducts are narrow, and the stones can be hard and larger than the diameter of the

ducts. An attack is usually brought on shortly after eating fat (and/or

protein). The gallbladder secretes bile in response to the fat in the meal, and

the pressure of the bile trying to pass around a stone causes pain. For a more

accurate and detailed answer to your question, check out the curezone website.

I'm not sure you need to delete your post....I just wasn't sure that it would be

safe for everyone...I could be wrong. I've done Dr. 's liver cleanse, and

from what I understand, the epsom facilitates the passing of the stones

painlessly. There are other liver cleanses that don't use epsom that are

effective too, but there's quite a bit of preparation to some of them-juice

fasting, for example.
