Guest guest
Hi Dennis: " ...Is there a brand of olive oil that tastes better than others? Is there anything to be gained by drinking a couple ounces a day? " I've done several 'flushes' and have also had at least a couple of 'false starts' too. I think they are unavoidable if you do them very much. The curezone.com at http://www.curezone.com/cleanse/liver/default.asp has several different flush recipes. Also, the recipe suggests adding peppermint oil to the olive oil if you have trouble with the taste. I think I've even seen the addition of cloves suggested at some sites. I believe that there are slower, 2 tablespoon a day type of flushes out there too. Any good search engine such as google.com will bring up several pages of flushes when you enter either " gallbladder flush " or " gallbladder cleanse. " After a few flushes and learning what the gall stones look like, I once had an evening meal of some rather fatty meat (I like pork roast), and then after dinner had a large glass of orange juice - from the frozen can variety. Much to my surprise, the next day I passed several stones! Others on this list have also talked about using oils other than olive oil. There must be alternatives. Good luck.
