Guest guest
I tried a flush Tuesday night and had to give up. I drank maybe a 1/4 of the pint of olive oil with grapefruit juice and got a mild yet strong (if you can understand that) nausea that kept me from going further. One problem was that I was hungry. I have to watch my blood sugar. I drank 8 ounces of olive oil a couple months ago and got the pea-green globules, but my symptoms are the same. Is there a brand of olive oil that tastes better than others? Is there anything to be gained by drinking a couple ounces a day?
Guest guest
When I did the flush end of March I used 1/2 amount of extra virgin olive oil and 1/2 of oil was flax seed oil. I followed suggestion of Hulda and mixed the oil with fresh squeezed (important that it is fresh squeezed) grapefruit juice prepared ahead, and put in the fridge. It was cold when I drank it down, all in one shot, and tasted MUCH better than my past experiences of olive oil and lemon juice at room temp. I sometimes use a couple tablespoons of flax seed oil in juice of lemon and chamomile tea (warm) in the morning and don't eat for 20 minutes or so, but am continuing to experience nausea when I do it, so need to do another flush, which I started preparing for already, drinking apple juice with RediBeets powder mixed it. Sometime in the next week will do, not sure what day :-) L.
