Guest guest
I have, after much consideration, made a strong link to my liver sluggishness and liver stone formation to when I had my amalgams put in...and when I had one of them replaced. I personally feel that, in my case, my liver was trying to protect my body by binding up the heavy metal with cholesterol. I feel that flushing, rather than a diet focused on dissolving the stones, was the preferred and safest way to clean out the liver....otherwise, the heavy metals would be released back into the blood stream. I have posts in the archive about my experiences with the flush if you would like to do a search. Christa > This is probably important, but I don't know for sure. Guest guest
i don't have any definite proof, but i agree with you 100 percent. i am slowly putting things together and alot of them add up to mercury poisoning. 1 week after i had my amalgams out i began passing worms in my stool. i needed a high fat diet for many many years to protect my nervous system, and this i also attribute to mercury. i never did well with a traditional cleansing diet of fruits and vegetables. last year i began mercury chelation according to andy cutler's protocol. alot of things started changing. most notably is that i didn't need a large amount of fat anymore, i slowly began to be able to eat like a normal person. eating high enzyme foods like grapefruit and pineapple would make me feel alot worse. i have tracked this down to... the enzymes are breaking down tissue where mercury is stored and releasing it. same holds true when i stick to a cleansing diet while doing the flushes... i feel horrible. so my diet while doing the flushes is technically the worst diet a person can have, but it is working for me. lots of pasta and simple sugar. i assume this is because my liver is temporarily functioning worse as the stones keep blocking bile flow. another interesting point about mercury is that fillings are a lesser source of exposure than thimerosal. a substance used in preservatives for vaccines. most of us under the age of 70 were poisoned with this as children when we got vaccinated. interestingly, in a moment of weakness last year i visited a doctor. we talked about mercury poisoning, and he did a test (inaccurate of course). i sensed there was something very wrong. in the lobby they had alot of advertisements for flu shots. so on a hunch i asked to see the ingredient list for the flu shot. sure enough... thimerosal. so its not just in vaccinations. beware of any shot a doctor gives. one of the issues with fillings is that once you have them put in, it might just be the tip of the iceberg. and once you have them taken out, then your body begins the process of trying to excrete ALL of it, back from childhood. i think this is something most people overlook. for more info on mercury... autism/files/ANDY_INDEX a very smart dude, except for the fact that he thinks liver flushes are bs. oh well. i have found the combination of flushing and chelation to be very effective.
