Guest guest
Does anyone know if doing liver/gallbladder flushes has any effect on intestinal flora? Kista
Guest guest
Since you are really giving your intestines a cleaning out at the same time, you are probably clearing out a lot of bacteria, both good and bad, though I haven't read anything on this. It just makes logical sense. A great thing to do would be to start taking acidophilus if you aren't already. I try to remember to take some each night before I go to bed, I have some that I keep in the fridge. Also love eating yogurt with some frozen blueberries in it, a little sweetener and some vanilla stirred in as well, yummy! So the yogurt has some bacteria in it, and the capsule that I take has lots, but is enteric coated, so does not open until it gets into the intestinal system, this way the " good bacteria " doesn't have to go through a lot of the digestive process of the stomach, etc. so bacteria is destroyed before it can do any good.
