Guest guest
<<The practitioner told me that it's real important to have a clean bowel in order to be able to cleanse your liver, otherwise toxins get recycled in the body....>> Adrienne I have seen that same statement before from colonic and other alternative health practitioners. However, those same people say that if the bowel isn't clean, if the walls are lined with old crud, that your body will not properly absorb nutrients during the digestive process. So my question to them is: " If the bowel doesn't absorb nutrients prior to a bowel cleanse, why is it that it reabsorbs toxins from a liver flush more readily while the bowel is still cruddy? " They can't have it both ways. Their statement seems to me to be a contradiction of their own theories. <<He also said, and maybe someone else can comment on this, that the liver cleanse cleans out the bile ducts, but the liver itself still needs cleansing. I happen to think that if the biliary ducts are cleared of stones, that the liver then will be able to get rid of the toxins it holds.>> I agree with you Adrienne. If in fact the liver/gallbladder flush doesn't clear out toxins (though from my own personal experience, I know that it does), it does allow the liver to work more efficiently which will let it do a better job on cleaning out toxins, even old toxins. I am also convinced that a regimen of garlic ingestion clears toxins too. Whether it does this in the blood stream by capturing them at the cellular level, or whether it assists the liver in its function, I don't know. Since I have began my daily juicing of at least 8-10 large cloves of garlic (sometimes more) in carrot juice a month ago, I have had skin eruptions indicating to me that toxins are being released. My juicer is a twin gear juicer which really gets the juices out of garlic, and I plan on continuing this routine for at least another month before cutting back. Guest guest
Hi Dawn, As long as you can continue to eat well, without experiencing constant episodes of pain (pain is what wears us down), I think you have a good chance of healing yourself or at least dealing with it. From what Dale has said, and others, it will take time....maybe several years to return to complete GB health. Like someone else said recently, we are all experience our GB problems a little differently. I've just recently been having colonics done. It's been a real positive experience. The practitioner told me that it's real important to have a clean bowel in order to be able to cleanse your liver, otherwise toxins get recycled in the body. He also said, and maybe someone else can comment on this, that the liver cleanse cleans out the bile ducts, but the liver itself still needs cleansing. I happen to think that if the biliary ducts are cleared of stones, that the liver then will be able to get rid of the toxins it holds. Thanks for your post.... But, I have finally made the decision that no matter what, I will not be having surgery. I have been listening to Dr Shulze tapes and inside myself know that I can beat this. I have had to make the choice of near dietary perfection. I cannot eat the bad stuff and expect to heal. At this point I am in it for the long haul. However long it takes to avoid the knife. Hopefully, my perisistence will pay off and some day, on occasion, I can have little splurges here and there. But now that I have three women in my family who have suffered breast cancer, I don't see myself ever going back to the way I used to eat. Well that went totally off track. Dawn The pain can last from 1/2 hour to more than 3 or 4 hours. Some people find that throwing up the meal they ate relieves the pain...that's the only thing I can think of that could be related to nausea. > Adrienne > > Learn more from our experience, more then 200 liver flush stories: http:///messages/gallstones-testimonials Liver Cleanse Recipe: http://www.CureZone.com/cleanse/liver/ Liver Flush FAQ: http://curezone.com/forums/forum.asp?ForumID=73 Images: http://CureZone.com/image_gallery/cleanse_flush/ http://CureZone.com/image_gallery/intrahepatic_stones/ To unsubscribe, sned blank e-mail to: gallstones-unsubscribe and then reply to confirmation message! Guest guest
Hi Jay, Thanks for your response. I too have a twin gear juicer which I love. It would be nice to know how your skin is doing a month from now. I love garlic, but my husband really complains when I eat a lot of it. I can't smell it, but he says the house reeks of it when I eat a lot. ;-) Do you know if odorless garlic( in capsule form) is just as effective? Guest guest
Dear Adrienne, Garlic can seep though your pores. The best thing to neutralize the odor is supposed to be eating lots of parsley. Or have your hubby also eat garlic ~Suzanne >I love garlic, but my husband really complains when I eat a lot of >it.
