Guest guest
Adrienne, I always covet the experience you describe below. Mine typically last 6 to 8 hours. I do not know how I have held out so long. But, I have finally made the decision that no matter what, I will not be having surgery. I have been listening to Dr Shulze tapes and inside myself know that I can beat this. I have had to make the choice of near dietary perfection. I cannot eat the bad stuff and expect to heal. At this point I am in it for the long haul. However long it takes to avoid the knife. Hopefully, my perisistence will pay off and some day, on occasion, I can have little splurges here and there. But now that I have three women in my family who have suffered breast cancer, I don't see myself ever going back to the way I used to eat. Well that went totally off track. Dawn The pain can last from 1/2 hour to more than 3 or 4 hours. Some people find that throwing up the meal they ate relieves the pain...that's the only thing I can think of that could be related to nausea. > Adrienne > >
