Adrienne, I always covet the experience you describe below. Mine

typically last 6 to 8 hours. I do not know how I have held out so

long. But, I have finally made the decision that no matter what, I

will not be having surgery. I have been listening to Dr Shulze tapes

and inside myself know that I can beat this. I have had to make the

choice of near dietary perfection. I cannot eat the bad stuff and

expect to heal. At this point I am in it for the long haul. However

long it takes to avoid the knife. Hopefully, my perisistence will

pay off and some day, on occasion, I can have little splurges here

and there. But now that I have three women in my family who have

suffered breast cancer, I don't see myself ever going back to the way

I used to eat. Well that went totally off track. :) Dawn

The pain can last from 1/2 hour to more than 3 or 4 hours. Some

people find that throwing up the meal they ate relieves the

pain...that's the only thing I can think of that could be related to

nausea.
