As a former systemic sufferer of candida, I read that the yeast cells

bore into the lining and attaches itself. It is very difficult to get

rid of. I did the Yeast Connection diet and lots of supplements with

great results. SInce that time, 8 years ago, I have had only very

brief candida episodes. I hope in 8 years I can say the same about my

gb. :) Dawn
