Guest guest
Naomi, Sorry, I haven't been able to follow what is going on. If you're in pain, try taking some Epsom salts and see if the magnesium relieves it. If you don't thave ES, magnesium citrate works good too. I take magnesium citrate capsules every day. Hope it works! Susie
Guest guest
Naomi....you may end up at the emergency room after all of this pain, so sorry that you are going through this. But should your flush be successful, and you are able to keep you gall bladder, be very careful what you eat at first. You were probably excited at the idea that you could eat anything you want after the flush, and it was to much too soon. Put some heat on the painful area...a heating pad or hot water bottle. I put unpopped popcorn into one of my husbands old socks and tie off the end (I'm sure there are nicer ways to do that :-) then microwave for 3 or so minutes depending upon the strength of your microwave, make sure it is not too hot before applying. I do that with all my aches and pains, and it is great for relaxing spasms. I hope you do okay, and use your good judgment, get to the doctor or emergency room if needed. L.
