I am Getting Ready to do my first cleanse!

I am a 39 year old woman with PMS problems. These problems are physical

and not emotional. Every month I have severe breast tenderness and

soreness for 7-10 days prior to my period. This is caused by fibrocystic

breasts. In addition, I have uterine fibroids. Other than that my

periods are as normal as can be, very regular, just like clockwork,

never used birth control. I am in excellent health and have no

gallbladder problems. I have heard that there may be a build up of too

much estrogen in my liver which is causing the fibroids and PMS problems

associated with the fibroids. The liver and gallbladder are probably

blocked with stones and the estrogen cannot be expelled from my system

until I do a cleanse. There is no point in using progesterone cream if

my liver and gall bladder are truly blocked. I think it is weird if my

liver/gall bladder are blocked with stones but I have no type of pain,

no problems with gas, shoulder or back problems, no yellow skin, nothing

that would indicate any type of problem. How can your liver be blocked

with stones and you not have any problems?

I guess I am asking any of you if you have had a similar problem or know

of anyone who did a cleanse for PMS problems and if so, did it work?

Also, I am frightened by the cleanse. What is the normal recovery time

from the cleanse. I don't want to be sick for days afterwards as I have

a very busy life.

I'd appreciate some advice.

Thank you
