i'll check out normal walkers books on your recommendation.

man, if you could get me running at ALL i will build a shrine to you. i have

been dealing with debilitating chronic fatigue for many years. i have tried ALOT

of different things over the years. i have my own colon cleanse method that

works well... raw animal products seem to be the most cleansing of anything i

have tried. especially raw eggs. i know it's controversial, be that as it may.

i've passed over 100 pounds of debris from my intestines over the past years.

but to no benefit in my energy level. i am probably dealing with multiple

issues. lung problems, mercury, intestinal, liver, and endocrine. i have tried

celery and parsley juice, and it is a good energy drink. sometimes a bit too

strong for my taste, but maybe i should force it down. ozone saunas seem to

help as well, but i want to find a way eventually to not use them. this last

round of liver flushes was a trip. it only takes me 2 days to get back to

normal. but normal is still low energy, so i will keep doing them until the

liver is clear.

until my adrenal glands get working properly, i don't know how i will have any

energy. this seems to be the key for getting the endocrine system working. i am

hoping that the liver flushes will manifest some health in the adrenals. they

have dramatically changed my appetite in such a short amount of time. i am alot

less inclined to go for heavy foods. before doing the cleanses, if i ate light,

i just felt horrible. i think it was cleansing, but not in the appropriate way

for my body. i'd rather pass these stones outright than slowly dissolve them.

god only knows what's inside them. if it's metals then dissolving them sounds

like a really bad way to go.

Hi Arthur,

Thanks for your response. Yes, parsley juice by itself is strong. But

sometimes I toss a few sprigs of parsley in the blender with a glass of

water and drink it that way. I prefer doing things like this instead

of drinking just water. Sometimes it's purslane, sometimes it's

parsley, sometimes it's ginger sometimes it's oregano, but it's usually

something. I have all of these growing here except the ginger. And a

blender is much easier to use than a juicer.

The first juicer I got, in 1974, was the Champion, which cost $225 at

that time. More recently I got a Juiceman Junior at Costco for $65.

It is easier to use and clean so this is the one I use now.

It is best if you can find " organic sweet juice carrots " and get 25#

bags at a time. When I lived in Los Angeles, the ones I got came from

Colorado. They were, at that time, only about $6.50 a bag. I went to

an organice warehouse and got them and also a boxfull of celery. I

also lived close to Hansen's juices that sold the potassium drink at

that time in 1/2 gallon sizes. I would get four of them and freeze the

ones I wasn't drinking that day, plus making my own.

When I first went on juices I was eating/drinking NOTHING but the

vegetable juices the first 3 or 4 months and the benefits were totally

amazing! Like I said, running and running and not getting tired,

feeling like I hadn't even been running and ready to go run some more!

Before that time I ate meat every day. After being on the juices I

could not eat meat again. If I ate some, the affects would be

immediately apparent and would last for days. I would feel the

heaviness in my legs and the slugginess in my digestion. It would take

a week or so to get it out and back to normal again.

So I think you would not be able to eat meat and eggs and juice

effectively at the same time, as the would be counter productive. Like

pouring dirt in your car's engine and changing the oil once a week. IT

just wouldn't do it. Better to keep clean in the first place! Then

whatever else you do is all benefits.

Good health to you.
