Guest guest
I started Flush #3 yesterday and just finished the last epsom salts drink at 8am this morning. No results yet. It is 8:15 now. My previous 2 flushes were several years ago with the procedure from Hulda 's book. I got out a few hundred gall stones the first time and a bit less the second. This time I did the same, but with more olive oil as per . Here is what I did this time and my thoughts. #1- Three nights before beginning flush, 2 tablets of " colon clenz " at 9pm each night. Sleeping at 10pm. " Colon clenz is the best cleanser I have tried. It is gentle, works very well and I like it a lot. I am considering using it next time instead of the epsom salts. #2- Day of the flush. Up at 6am. Drank 1/3 gallon of water, ran 5 miles, drank more water, ate big bowl full of angel hair spaghetti and finished eating by noon. Didn't drink after noon except 1/2 a cup of grapefruit juice at 4pm. says no drinking after 2pm, says juices are okay. Next time I won't drink after noon (except as per schedule). #3- Zapped 40 minutes at noon. I made a zapper a few years ago and then bought one but never had them tested and am not sure of the results they give me. With the herbal tablets I can see the results easily. #4- Drank epsom salts at 6 and 8pm. Each drink is 3/4 cup of water and 1 tablespoon epsom salts. It is no problem to drink this. #5- This is where I tried the part of the flush, at 10:00, 10:25, and 10:50pm. I drank 1/2 cup of olive oil with 1/2 cup of freshly made grapefruit juice each time. The goal was 2 cups of olive oil but I did 1 1/2 cups to make sure it was okay. I was planning to drink the 4th one but was feeling quite full and getting sleepy. #6- A MISTAKE that I made was to not SHAKE the olive oil and grapefruit juice together. I stirred them but the olive oil rose to the top. The 2nd and 3rd drinks I had in two different containers and alternated sipping them. Again it was no problem to drink them. The grapefruit juice helps a lot with the taste. HOWEVER, I can imagine the olive oil still floated to the top in my stomach, which Dr. says can cause nausea. Next time I WILL shake them together. #7- Took 4 ornitine tablets at the beginning of the 3rd drink. #8- Went to sleep at 10:50pm. Was a bit restless and nervous for awhile but must have slept right away anyway. #9- Woke at 12:38am. Felt mildly nauseated and finally went to the bathroom, which was mostly epsom salts and nothing else. #10- Slept soundly and well. The Ornitine was working! Woke at 4am. Very slightly nauseated but went to the bathroom and nothing. Went back to bed and rested till 6am. Weight at 6am was 149 yesterday and 148 today. #11- Drank epsom salts at 6am and 8am. Felt like getting up at 6 or before. Layed down between as per instructions and got up at 7:30. It is now 8:40am and still nothing. Additional notes and changes for next time: A- As in #6 above, I would shake the olive oil and fresh grapefruit juice very well before drinking them. Also I will change to the 3:2 ratio as per Dr. , vs the 1:1 ratio of Dr. . This means 3 drinks of 2/3 cup olive oil and 1/3 cup fresh grapefruit juice. This is because, with drinking the additional olive oil as per Dr. , that I feel so much additional grapefruit juice is not necessary. B- I am thinking to substitute (additional) " colon cleanse " tablets in place of the epsom salts because I feel they are more gentle, more effective for cleansing the colon, more nutritious, and better at fighting/killing parasites. However, they might take a bit longer to work, but can take them closer to eating with no problems. Thus, instead of taking the epsom salts at 6pm, 8pm, 6am, and 8am, I could take the tablets at 2pm, 4pm, 4am, and 6am, and drink the olive oil mixture from 9 to 10pm. The herbal tablets are also more compatible with drinking water, which I usually taper off anyway after noon. C- Dr. says, " There is no pain because the bile ducts are open (thank you epsom salts!). " I thought the epsom salts were to clean out the intestines. Is their purpose to open the bile ducts, clean the colon, or both? However, there are no epsom salts in Dr. ' method which works well, so perhaps the olive oil does the primary job of keeping the bile ducts open (and I'm not sure why the epsom salts would do this, perhaps someone can explain this to me). Additionally, perhaps the herbal tablets would also do this as well as the epsom salts. It is now 9am and no results yet. I don't remember what time it was the first two times, maybe 10:30am. I am going to jump up and down a bit and stretch and see if that helps. If not, I will hop on the rowing machine for a bit. I am totally not hungry at all! I just want this stuff out of my system now! : ) ... then when I'm clear I will feel like eating something later on. Let me know your comments... more to come. p.s. Almost 10am. Still nothing. Going to take a " colon clenz " tablet and exercise.
