Each gel cap of the phosphatidylcholine contains 1,200 mg of lecithin providing 420 mg of phosphatidylcholine. The product I was given by my biochemist is made by Biotics Research and was not expensive. So far, no bad reactions (I am highly sensitive to additives and processed foods so I must be careful.) I learned about the taurine at http://msgtruth.org and http://msgmyth.com/discus where folks who are sensitive to monosodium glutamate (such as myself) try to help each other. Odd to me that msg symptoms and gallbladder symptoms are so very similar but I am still learning how the body works. (Can anyone comment further on this?) Taurine is also frequently referenced for use by those who are chemically sensitive, such as myself. WARNING: If you are sulfur sensitive, you may not be able to use taurine. ME P.S. To top things off, I am reacting to lyme tick which I have already had twice before. I found the tick fastened to my leg on June 26 and my lyme and gallbladder symptoms began at the same time. Is this just a coincidence? I wonder if there is any connection? Is it possible that there are people posting here who are also dealing with lyme? If so, I'd love to hear from you.
