Guest guest
Naomi, Susie is right. Many people have been able to relieve their pain from the relaxing effects that the ES have on their muscles. Look in the archives for the amounts to take. Also, massaging can be helpful, but I'd question its' benefits for a swollen gallbladder if TOO MUCH pressure is used. It may just further irritate and just temporarily ease the symptomes. Such as scratching a mosquito bite feels good, but only worsens the reaction. Try the Epsom Salts! Suzanne >If you're in pain, > try taking some Epsom salts and see if the magnesium relieves it. >If you don't thave ES, magnesium citrate works good too. I take >magnesium citrate capsules every day. > Hope it works! > Susie
