Guest guest
My friends who did chemo said to never eat something you love while on it. You will never want to eat that food again. Many people will experience changes in their ability to taste. Some foods and spices they may not be able to handle. And other people will not have any difficulty at all. Your oncologist will probably tell you to eat only cooked food. ar > > Hello, > I have decided to give chemo treatments a try - based on my rapid growing rare tumor coming from the uterus. > > Despite, all the exercise, organic food, organic soap and cleaning products, organic vitamins, maintained a thin weight, and drank filtered water - I still got a cancerous tumor. Guest guest
Hi ina, I know how you feel! I lived a very clean and boring life, but I am the one with the tumor, lol. Life is funny! But I have to say, regarding a post earlier by missnoname and her raw experiment - I have been trying that for the last 2-3 days and I definitely feel a difference in my tumor. Strictly raw fruits and veggies, green smoothies, and one flax oil/yogurt mixture. in addition, I've begun taking high doses of curcumin, utilizing the " atomic bomb " procedure that was recommended on the blog posted yesterday (sorry I can't see the post as I type this) but basically I take all 6g at once before bedtime, and also take it throughout the day whenever i feel pain in the tumor. Whenever I take the curcumin, it does cut the pain in half almost immediately. But just now I was in pain and I took 2 of the B17 tablets and the pain disappeared. So I think I will stick with the raw food, curcumin and B17 for the next couple of weeks and see if there is really a difference or if its all in my head. You said you were eating organic food but was it only raw, or were you eating meat? Also, I've read some really good information about curcumin being a great immune booster for chemo. One review I read said that they experienced no side effects from chemo because of the curcumin. Just some thoughts for you. I wish you strength for whatever you choose. > > Hello, > I have decided to give chemo treatments a try - based on my rapid growing rare tumor coming from the uterus. > > Despite, all the exercise, organic food, organic soap and cleaning products, organic vitamins, maintained a thin weight, and drank filtered water - I still got a cancerous tumor. Guest guest
Thank you I will try this during chemo. Why didn't you get your tumor removed and where is it and how big is it? > > > > Hello, > > I have decided to give chemo treatments a try - based on my rapid growing rare tumor coming from the uterus. > > > > Despite, all the exercise, organic food, organic soap and cleaning products, organic vitamins, maintained a thin weight, and drank filtered water - I still got a cancerous tumor. Guest guest
Initially, my tumor was small and under my chin area, and they told me that they do not remove these types of tumors, they only treat them with chemo and radiation. Now that it has grown so large and wrapped around to the back of my head, I can not lie down on my back because of it protruding out the back - I don't know if they can remove just this part of it. It also is up under my ear on that side so that whole area is numb. It would be great if they could at least take that out but since its all connected, I don't know how that works. I had insurance when this started but I have since lost my job and insurance so I have not been back to any doctor. I'm kind of afraid to go because I'm afraid of what they'll say. When you have no insurance, you get treated pretty poorly, so I'm better off just staying home and continuing with my nutritional therapy. Based on the results of the last few days, I think I am on the right track. Except yesterday I made a flax oil shake and I woke up swollen and a bit painful, so I'm thinking the dairy is NOT good for me, so I'm going to quit the Budwig shakes for now. > >
Guest guest
You might try chemo to shrink it and black salve after. I would try to find someone with much experience with black salve. See what they think. I have also heard of some people shooting chemo right into the tumor. Not so hard on you. Just an idea. Dont know if it will work. ________________________________ From: detwa_3017 <epurdles@...> Sent: Wed, June 2, 2010 7:29:16 AM Subject: [ ] Re: chemo treatments what to eat and what not to eat Initially, my tumor was small and under my chin area, and they told me that they do not remove these types of tumors, they only treat them with chemo and radiation. Guest guest
can people who are on naturotherapy suggest an ideal diet as an alternate to chemo and radiat
Guest guest
There is, unfortunately, no one ideal diet. You need to take a look at the pathology of your cancer, determine what you can do and what has been shown to work with your type of cancer. And, diet alone is not always enough. ar > > can people who are on naturotherapy suggest an ideal diet as an alternate to > chemo and radiat > > >
