Guest guest
I'm glad to hear it, Marti. Diet changes can often cause constipation - even when changing to a diet higher in fiber. Give your body time to adjust and eat some fruit. ar -- Arlyn Grant arlynsg@...
Guest guest
Greetings, As a farmer, I know the fastest way to kill a healthy animal is to do too abrupt a change of diet. Even if the new food is better for the animal, it can still kill. As humans, we need to remember this and do our dietary changes in stages. Different foods require different bacteria to digest them. We need to allow our bodies to develop the new flora in our intestines, so gradual change is the best way to go. There is one exception to this, an abrupt end to all junk food. [soda, potato chips, twinkies, you know, junk.] Bright Blessings, Kim Arlyn Grant wrote: > I'm glad to hear it, Marti. > > Diet changes can often cause constipation - even when changing to a diet > higher in fiber.
