I am referring perhaps to people who eat for some sort of comfort. It may even

be physical cravings.

Changing the diet is so important to heal liver and gallstones. Its so damn

frustrating to struggle all the time trying to change and then failing. For

gods sake how uncomfortable to I have to be before the penny will drop.!

I am trying EFT to try and make it easier for me to change my diet.

Thanks Anne

Well I know I sure have. I eat very little meat now. I use very little butter

if any. I know what triggered this recent attack over the past few days was

cheese and a carbonated beverage. I ate a big hunk of cheese which I haven't

done in about 7 mths. I couldn't resist it LOL well I won't do that again. I

drink water, tea and juice, that's it. I eat alot of veggies because we have a

garden. Of course different things affect different people. I have no problem

with bread at all, but have seen on the list that others have. It has been a

year long struggle to change my entire diet but I feel that I have conquered a

good healthy diet with a few splurges :-)Now all that is left is to get these

stones OUT!
