Guest guest
I have gallbladder attack like reactions to many commercially made breads. The only bread that is safe for me lately is Italian bread made with just flour and yeast from a local Italian producers. Actually, I know my attacks are not from my gall bladder although the symptoms are almost the same (stomach cramps and then, loose bm and sometimes worse). I think it is a reaction to all the additives in the bread. Have you read the labels on the bread lately. Outrageous. I bet there is even monosodium glutamate in some breads. For a list of the various forms of MSG, try this web site: http://truthinlabeling.org (Click on " Hidden sources of MSG " when you get there) There is another web site called FCMYI at -- it stands for Food Can Make You Ill. I am sure the folks at this site can give you some more information on why bread is frequently a problem. In fact, I think it has already been posted before so you may want to do a search.
