Raw Pecan Basil Pate

Mix in food processor:

3 cups fresh basil leaves

3/4 cup soaked pecans

4-6 garlic cloves

1/3 cup lemon or lime juice

1/2 teaspoon sea salt ( I prefer white Himalayan salt--it is more nutritious)

Enjoy! Spread on raw nori wraps, raw collard leaves (rib and spine removed) or

put on sliced eggplant and/or zucchini chips and dehydrate until crispy.
