Guest guest
I've read that B5 and C were the most important. I don't know if this is true or not, but Adelle said that B5 was the most important vitamin for the adrenals and could stop allergies dead in their tracks, because the adrenals produce the body's own cortisone, which is our own antihistamine. She made a lot of wild claims, and this is why I take what she says with a crystal of sodium chloride. However, my own experience has been that B5 in the range of several grams a day can help me significantly when allergy attacks are bad. Unfortunately, there is also a tipping point with me where no amount of any supplement can stave off the allergies. Fortunately, I am only severely allergic to a small handful of things, most notably Acacia trees. Anyway -- back to the adrenals -- which supplements and herbs do you think are best?
