Guest guest
Hi Detwa, I'm so glad you're feeling better! You said in your post " I might have some red wine today! " . Can we do that? Isn't alcohol full of toxins? Even organic red wine??? What are people's opinions on this list? Barbara

Guest guest
Hi, Barbara, Not sure about the wine. I was kinda half joking. I'm not a drinker but I was thinking about ways to boost my red blood cells and I'd always heard that red wine was good for that. I didn't have it anyway but it would be interesting to know if its forbidden or not. I believe in the Budwig forum the protocol mentions wine or champagne or something, but don't quote me on it! > > Hi Detwa, > > I'm so glad you're feeling better!
