I haven't used those products, personally, but if you check the archives of

the bowel cleanse list I believe you'll find some information about them.

From what I recall, it seems that there are those who have had great success

with it and others who didn't. Probably like any cleansing product out

there. Each body is different and it's usually only by trying that a person

finds out what works for them.

But I would encourage you to ask about it on the bowel cleanse list also. If

you post your question to that list, too, you might be more likely to get

current responses - just because that's the focus of that group.
