If you google Wolfe on Utube you will find a host of information on

Mushrooms. I have added them to my supplements three different kinds. I have

also put away my gun and go mushroom hunting these days. Very exciting to run

accros a Reishi or Shitake mushroom. Takes alot of learning to know which ones

are safe. Right now swansons vitimins has a triple mushroom complex two for one!
