ina,

The best way to build/keep bone mass is with weight bearing exercise. Don't

forget vitamin D. Please do some research on natural ways to strengthen bones.

Ar is very on-the-mark about this and if you have access to a gym or weights,

think half knee bends (squats)with enough weight to feel the difference and if

any kind of equipment, do what ever you can. I prefer (lazy) leg push-ups

rather than knee bends (squats). You can exercise the upper part of your

body with any make-shift weight. Keep at it every other day.
