Guest guest Posted June 10, 2010 Report Share Posted June 10, 2010 Ar is very on-the-mark about this and if you have access to a gym or weights, think half knee bends (squats)with enough weight to feel the difference and if any kind of equipment, do what ever you can. I prefer (lazy) leg push-ups rather than knee bends (squats). You can exercise the upper part of your body with any make-shift weight. Keep at it every other day. Joe C.
