Would this be something you take on an empty stomach or with food or both?

For a protocol what would amounts be?

Work in DIM and Vit E (ves) into this?

Joe,

Buy bulk and just play around with dosages. Most people get used to

the cayenne after a while. I could not imagine taking this on an

empty stomach. I don't see conflicts with DIM or Vit E. I use the

vit E succinate myself.
