Guest guest
ok i have several questions , and to stay on topic you can respond off list first about aspartame could you direct me to the history (archive) where it was discussed. so i might be able to read it without rehashing the whole thing . I can go back and read most any post just need a starting date. second since i done my first flush , i went back and reread my notes on the way i did it. it seems the receipt that i used left off the morning epsoms ( so i didn't do them) . What are the benefits / drawbacks to not doing the morning epsoms ? thanks ---------------------------------

To get the pros and cons you can just type in Aspartame Danger in one search and then read away as you'll get both sides of the story and then be better enabled to decide for yourself its danger. This site seems to be a pretty good starting point. http://web2.airmail.net/marystod/ This is a pro site but note who's it is. http://www.nsda.org/softdrinks/aspartame.html I tend to view it from a holistic view as to how the body is effected. AS an example I was talking to a friend of mine who has a friend who's daughter would just start bouncing off the wall, so to say, after eating just one red colored M & M. The girl could eat any other of the colors but even if she didn't know she was eating a red one she would just go hyper. The amount of the chemical wasn't much but the effect upon the child was dynamic. So, although there are various tests that show no adverse side effects with some study subjects this doesn't mean that there aren't those who would react like the little girl in some way or another. This is just one of those things with which I like to be better safe than sorry. The only real benefit to Epsom salts in the morning is the purging effect it has at getting the bile and stones to continue to move on out of the intestines.
