Good Flush, but Healing Crisis

Hi:

Just completed flush #16, begun on Sunday. Did the style, but

substituted the ingredients (a pint of oil with lemon juice) as I did

with #15 that I reported earlier. Am reporting because of the results.

Evicted about 450 to 500 gallstones. About 30 were the size of grapes (very

large) plus one jumbo that was about an inch long by ¾ of an inch wide. All

of these were dark green, almost black. In my previous 15 flushes, have

never passed stones of this size. These large ones were not calcified, but

they were not soft as most of the other stones were. Then there were about

100 pea-sized stones, and the remainder were smaller ones. Have never had

this quantity of stones in one flush before.

This flush was after #12 through #14 failed to produce much of anything. All

the first 14 flushes religiously followed the regimen. Then, when I

felt there was yet more to evict, I changed to the method, or a portion

of it. (No food or drink after 2:00, Epsom salts at 6 and 8, then ¼ cup of

olive oil with a tablespoon or two of fresh squeezed lemon juice every 15

minutes until a pint is consumed.) As previously reported, #15 produced

large quantities of waxy globs with a corresponding weight loss of about 6#.

This time, there was no waxy material, just loads and loads of stones, and no

corresponding weight loss. Stones were passed throughout the day yesterday,

tapering off in the afternoon and stopping last night.

As I previously reported, ingesting the olive oil and lemon juice during #15

was easy for me to do. Not for #16. From my first ¼ cup with the lemon

juice I felt somewhat nauseous. I made it through the full pint of olive

oil, but never wanted to see another drop - ever! After drinking this, I

simply didn't feel well. I adjusted the times so that I could finish the oil

by 10:00 PM, and by that time I was ready for bed. Was uncomfortable but got

to sleep, then woke up at midnight with horrendous chills and shivering.

Turned up the heat, put on heavy sweat suit and socks, went back to bed, and

my feet were freezing as I shivered. Checked my temp, and it was normal.

Finally, when the heat got up good and high, stopped shivering and got to

sleep. Woke at 3:00 AM burning up. Turned down heat, checked temp - it was

101.5! I haven't had flu in several years, have had my flu shots each

autumn. Could think of nothing else that's going around. Took some aspirin

(the bark of birch trees to the ancients who chewed it for headaches, that

Bayer synthesized and called aspirin) and tried to sleep. Couldn't, so got

up and drank some apple juice. Fever started coming down, and by 7:00 AM

there was no sign of a fever.

Thoughts. I've still got more flushing to do. Though I had success with the

method and highly recommend it to anyone beginning flushes, am now

hooked on the pint of oil with lemon juice - while following the eating

and Epsom salts routines. (By today, I could look at the olive oil bottle

without getting sick.)

From my perspective, I obviously had a " healing crisis. " Fortunately it was

of short duration even though it worried me, but I must have evicted some

really old stuff that had a lot of crud. Am sure that I still have things

like DDT and many other things left in me, and will continue on. With the

tremendous amounts of stones that were evicted this time, I'm really

encouraged to continue on, even though it may stir up some side effects.

Have never ever had any kind of adverse reaction prior to this flush. In

fact I've generally fully recovered by noon of the flushing out day, but not

this time.

I searched the Internet to see if I could find anyone else reporting a

healing crisis with a gallbladder flush, but couldn't. Has anyone else on

this list had any kind of adverse reaction to the flush?

Thanks for reading,

Jay
