What drink?

Yes, if your stools are greenish then it's likely that it's bile. Unless

there's something in your food that is different this week also - like a lot

of green drinks or something. But I think it's more likely that it's from

bile.

Oh...if it's soemthing that is supposed to help a person gain weight, then I

need to stay away from it. :)

If you haven't had anything green, then sure, the green color in your stool

is quite likely to be from bile.

But on a side note, for health's sake, it IS a good idea to include a lot of

green leafy vegetables on a regular basis.

Why would this drink make a person gain weight??? Or did I misunderstand

something?

Sounds like you're doing some good cleansing, then. Congratulations.

I'm guessing here then that if you need to gain weight this would help, but

if you need to lose weight this would also help. In other words - it would

help with whatever your particular body needs. What do you mean by " good

for wasting " ?

Well...I'm intrigued. Is there anything in the lemon rind, though, that

isn't good for you? I have no details here, and perhaps it's some old wives

tale, but I seem to remember reading somewhere that there's something in the

oil in the lemon rind that isn't good for you. I could be wrong, and if I

come across it I will send it out here to see what you think.

Other than that detail, I'm intrigued by this. I'm already drinking the

juice of a lemon every morning, so it would be no big deal to put the whole

lemon through the juicer. What is the consistency of the drink that you

have? I would think it's a little thick??

How long do you plan to continue this?

Getting healthy drinking martinis - now that's a new twist. (okay, pun

totally intended there.)

Really, though, when you drink a martini you don't eat that lemon twist, do

you? (maybe you do - I have no idea since I'm not a martini-drinker.)
