sifting through information

From time to time, I come across reports of promising cancer treatments that

seem to disappear - maybe because they are not big profit-making treatments.

But I can't help but wonder if they still have some value - providing they are

fact and not fiction of course. It's very hard, with so much info floating

around, sometimes to differentiate.

I wondered if anyone had heard anything on the following....
