Interesting info. I can see from reading this that it wouldn't cause weight gain unless that's what a person needs. Basically it's good for the liver, which we know means it's good for everything else! It says to strain the pulp - so that answers my question about the drink being thick. I though you were actually drinking the whole blended mix!! I have to say that I take exception to one thing that is written on that site. It says that you can add Nutrasweet to the drink to make it sweeter and I just would encourage everyone to NOT use artificial sweeteners of any kind. That's a whole other topic, I know, but I just wanted to say that. I'll be interested to hear your continuing reports with this drink, . I just might join you. rachel~

You're probably right - and that's probably why you're getting such results from it, too. Okay...I'll give that a try. > It is funny that the article says to add nutrasweet, given that the focus of > the drink is for people with aids who have major immune dysfunction. That's just what I was thinking. I wonder, though, how old the article is. I mean, it could have been written before it was known how harmful articial sweeteners are. Maybe they need to ammend it. rachel~
Guest guest
HI , I do actually drink the whole thing, pulp and all! This article says to strain, but then, Positive Health News #19 says to drink the whole thing, pulp and all, and I figure the pulp probably has a lot of fibre. It is funny that the article says to add nutrasweet, given that the focus of the drink is for people with aids who have major immune dysfunction. ----- Original Message ----- From: <Rachd1961@...> <gallstones > Sent: Saturday, May 04, 2002 10:43 AM Subject: Re: Info. on the lemon / olive oil drink > In a message dated 5/4/02 10:33:05 AM Eastern Daylight Time, > sbulmer@... writes: > > > > http://www.execpc.com/~keephope/lemondrk.html > > > > Thanks for the link, .
