How do one detox?

Sauna, rebounding, enemas, gua sha, turpentine baths, liver/kidney stimulating

herbs,...?

Any specific procedure(s) which are especially favorable?

Are there literature you would recommend regardig this subject?

I've read many ways to detox, of course we have to each find one that works for

us within our means. I did my first detox bath last night using apple cider

vinegar and epsom salt, because I read that it would draw the toxins out of the

body. Don't know whether it " works " but I know it made me feel really really

good! I made the water incredibly hot and sunk all the way down, including my

neck tumor. I felt a world of difference this morning - stunk to high heavens

(I recommend a quick shower afterwards!) but I really felt as if it did some

good. And believing in it is half of the battle, in my opinion. I was going to

do another tonight but too much going on. I'd like to shoot for this nightly

though.

I read of another one using sea salt and baking soda, but I like the ACV and

epsom salt.
